Full-Time Junior Sous Chef

Job Description


•Responsible for the day to day management and operation of the allocated kitchens in the hotel, ensuring quality, cost control, safety and hygiene standards are adhered to.
•Responsible for directing, training, supervising, planning and coordinating in the allocated areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef
•Prepares food as per the recipes for guests, efficiently, economically and hygienically and follows the standards and procedures.
•Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, fridges/freezers and wash-up areas.


• High school diploma and Culinary college diploma
• Minimum 5-6 years’ work experience, preferably in a 5 star resort; international
experience is a plus
• Must be fluent in English

Salary: $2100.00 per month, plus service charge
