Job Description:

To lead and supervise the guest services front office team while ensuring all service standards are followed
To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner
To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Other duties as assigned


Previous experience in leadership or supervisory role and asset
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows application asset
Must possess a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Must be responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Must be prepared to live full-time in South Caicos, beginning salary commensurate with experience.
