Job Description

Senior Management level, 12 years’ experience in an International, Luxury 5-star
resort with strong background in HACCP procedures and applications. 3-year Hospitality Management or
University Culinary degree. Responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative cuisine
of the highest quality, presentation and flavor. Additionally, responsible for the smooth operation of the
kitchen, plus managing areas of profit, stock, wastage, hygiene and training. Must be computer literate
and a second language would be an asset. A good employment and police record are required. This
position will require residing on Pine Cay. The salary to commensurate with experience.
