Job Description

Travel planning for domestic and international travel including passport and visa processing
Expense reporting to the TCREA Treasurer
Extensive calendar and meeting planning for all TCREA Committees
Maintain annual calendar for all TCREA meetings
Arrange on-site and off-site executive meetings including all meeting planning and logistics
Maintain the Multiple Listing System (MLS) which catalogues all real estate for sale under established TCREA rules
Maintain the TCREA Intranet for knowledge sharing documents across the association
Create and maintain the committee organization charts
Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for agent training purposes
Create purchase orders for TCREA projects and receive all invoices for projects where needed
Manage all TCREA Income and Expenses via an approved account software programme
Submit cheque requests to TCREA’s Treasurer with supporting documents
Process payment of utility and rent charges for office
Maintain all user requests for the MLS database
Manage the office including ordering all needed supplies
Create and maintain a system of circulars to police real estate activity among members
Act as central point of contact for TCREA and allied partners (FSC, Chamber of Commerce, TCIG, TCHTA, Bar Association, etc) to facilitate communication on key responsibilities and deliverables
Assume special projects as needed to support the needs of TCREA

High School Diploma
Immigration Status to engage in gainful employment in the Turks & Caicos Islands
