Full-Time Guest Service Manager
Directly managing the operations of the Front Office team at the airport and Leeward welcome center, including ground transportation team. Oversee the entire Leeward Welcome Center operations which includes the security team as well as the boating operations on a daily basis. To ensure that the arrival and departure experiences are seamless and as per the service standards of COMO Parrot Cay. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry with at least 1-year experience as Guest Relations Manager position or similar in a 5-star luxury hotel.
